Only in diagram 993 do the Arcana match.

The Tarot, both the Major and Minor Arcana, are images first and foremost and should be treated as such. Would you ever dream of grouping puzzle pieces as if they were numbers? You know very well that the puzzle pieces fit together only one way, and the whole will form a harmonious image. The Tarot de Marseille cards have been structured this way. Whether the author of these Tarot cards did so intentionally or not is a mystery, but we should not waste time on these considerations, but focus on the message conveyed by the images themselves.

Images are like hieroglyphics and therefore should be read from right to left and top to bottom. Imposing a reading order on images typical of Western academic systems and similar to printed letters would be quite misleading and fundamentally flawed.

Intuitive thinking is close to natural harmony because it derives from it.

By placing the cards according to the 993 scheme and starting the journey from right to left, you will immediately notice how the Arcana are in harmony with each other.

In particular, the central sequence highlights the figures and the landscape background which form a single whole, unmistakably suggesting the correct orientation of the cards as in a puzzle.

By restoring the correct order, we will finally be able to reinterpret each individual Arcanum in the correct and most authentic way, finally bringing to light the ancient teachings that had been lost over the centuries...
