The Art of Memory through the Major Arcana
The art of memory consists of creating "virtual" rooms in our minds in which each room represents a feeling or emotional state, such as anger, joy, admiration, amazement, madness, mental confusion, apathy, and so on. Every emotional state is associated with images and sounds that are produced by it and that in turn represent it (vibrations). For example, the song of sparrows puts us in a good mood, while the sound of an ambulance siren causes us anxiety and agitation. The sounds of these events can be narrated through images. Therefore, in each room we can place a main image that serves as a container for all similar images and sounds that evoke the same emotional state.
The art of memory, through the major and minor arcana, evolves into an art of natural or innate memory, in which each individual arcanum represents one of the virtual mental rooms that we have created and that only we are able to interpret. Each room is connected to other rooms and is an integral and comprehensive part of the structure itself. When our neurons are in harmony with each other, we are led into an emotional state of peace and openness to divine inspiration, becoming useful creative channels for ourselves and others (The Star). However, if we are not aware of our power of imagination and creation, and of this order that holds things together in harmony, we will inevitably end up manifesting states of confusion, anger and fear, which will lead us to selfishness, ambition and desire for power at the expense of others (The Emperor, the Pope, le Bateleur, the Chariot etc.).
It should come as no surprise, then, that the art of natural memory is not taught by parents and in schools, and that today people and the world are fragmented by conflicts, divisions and disease. Artificial intelligence is the result of mathematical algorithms and not biological processes. Within our minds, numerical representations have been inserted in place of natural experiences, and every human event, work, or creation becomes a consequence of this.
In reality, by analyzing an excessive amount of data and generating numerous statistics based on them, we move further and further away from natural reality, in favor of an artificial and dystopian perception of reality, a weedy seed of the future that we have sown and that we ourselves carry in our wombs.
Jesus taught all these things to the crowd in parables (illustrations), and he spoke to it only in parables (allegorical images).
